SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. We strive to ship same or next day on all in stock products. When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email and it will contain your tracking number.
If the item is defective, we will issue a refund or exchange. (please see policy on Refund on Defective Items.
If you want to return the item and it is not defective (you just don't need it, changed your mind, etc) you will be responsible for return shipping and the item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds on Defective Items
If you would like to return an item you feel is defective you may contact us to discuss the product. Once the item(s) has/have been returned to us, we will determine if the return will be approved. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued and applied to your original method of payment.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We package orders rather quickly, so there will be a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders
What if my package is lost or broken?
We strive to ensure that all items are packaged with the utmost care, however sometimes the postal service can damage or even lose packages. In the event that an item is lost or damaged, we do not file the insurance claims. Customers will need to contact the shipping service to start your claim. All packages shipped USPS are insured up to $50 and UPS packages are covered up to $100. If you need more insurance for your packages, please contact us so that we can add the fee for you.
